- Which gyms have childcare?
- Family-oriented clubs and community centers usually do — YMCA branches, Life Time, VASA, EOS and Chuze staff a kids room at most locations. Budget chains and boutique studios almost never do.
- Is gym childcare free?
- Rarely fully free. YMCAs often include it with a family membership; commercial clubs typically add it as a monthly upgrade or a small per-visit fee. Age limits and time caps (commonly two hours) apply almost everywhere.
